Microsoft's PhotoStory 3 (PS3) is a great little program that allows you to easily create slide shows of your digital photographs with transitions, background music, etc. (Note: PhotoStory only runs on a Windows XP computer).

If you are a Greece teacher, you can get PhotoStory 3 installed by calling the Help Desk (x2222) and ask them to "push" it to your computer. (Give them the ShowName of your computer.)

If you are a non-Greece teacher, or if you want to install PhotoStory 3 at home, you'll need to download and install THREE (3) different files. We recommend that you install them in the following order:

1. dxwebsetup.exe (Updates "Direct X" on your computer. This may not be necessary if your computer already has the latest version of Direct X.)

2. MP10Setup.exe (Installs "Media Player 10" on your computer. This may not be necessary if your computer already has Media Player 10 on it. NOTE: Media Player 10 requires Windows XP.)

3. PStory3.msi (Installs "Photo Story 3" on your computer. NOTE: Because using PhotoStory requires that you have Media Player 10 installed, you must be using Windows XP. )
