The student performance data provided on
this web page reflect the achievement of students on formative and summative ELA
assessments in grades 6-12 for the 2002-2003 school year. For each of
the assessments listed above, executive summaries provide an overview of the
results, while detailed charts and/or graphs provide more specific
information. Based on these data, a summary of the instructional
implications is provided for the 2003-04 school year.
The instructional implications are linked to curricular and instructional
resources that will help teachers to target the areas of need as demonstrated
on these assessments. Teachers and administrators will use this
information to develop targeted, data-driven school improvement plans that
will lead to increased student achievement.
